Our standard PL3228 Classroom Podium is specifically designed to hold your multimedia audio visual equipment. The flat plastic laminate finished top has two pass-thru wire grommets and we will also custom cut holes for your cable cubby as needed. The large interior cabinet has ample storage space to securely hold all of your AV equipment on fixed front and rear Rack Rails or Adjustable Shelves. A standard unit has an exposed keyboard pullout or pencil drawer or open shelf, a small interior storage drawer for remotes, a CPU tower computer, no CPU tower no problem, this space that can be used as an extra storage area because it also comes with adjustable shelves or order it with a full bank of storage drawers, or the space can also be fitted with 5RU vertical rack rails, a locking set of caster wheels for mobility or for a fixed location a leveler base can be ordered, both options come on the black laminate base, making this a highly functional AV workstation that can be used to present materials to any class or audience.

If you need even more top workspace, the optional flip up side shelves will give you extra space for a laptop or document camera. The side shelves can be at standard top height or specified to be at ADA height which is a straightforward way to also make this standard Audio Visual podium ADA Compliant.
