AvinED products are backed 100% for 1 year against manufacturer’s defects ONLY. Warranties; Disclaimer of Warranties. AvinED warrants that all Goods are manufactured in accordance with agreed upon specifications and that all the work was completed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with standard practices. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES, AvinED HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING BY CONTRACT, AT LAW, IN EQUITY, BY STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AvinED® Technical Furnishings, Inc. assumes no responsibility for electrical materials or work done in its furniture.

AvinED Return Authorization Procedure

No products can be returned to AvinED® without first obtaining prior authorization and a return authorization number from AvinED®. AvinED® products require extra care and special packaging for shipment. All returns should be made in the original packaging materials whenever possible. AvinED® can assist in the return process if it is contacted before attempting to make any returns. AvinED’s specific return policies are as follows:

Products Which Are Defective or are Received Due to AvinED’s Error

Any Custom, Stock or Standard product that is defective or received due to an error on AvinED’s part will be picked up and returned at AvinED’s expense for a complete customer credit, refund or replacement if completed within 30 days of receipt. AvinED™ will also issue a credit for the customers reasonable expenses of packaging and returning the product. AvinED® will not be responsible for any other expenses that may be caused by or be a result of any errors by AvinED®.

Stock or Standard Products Returned as a Result of Customer Error

Stock or Standard products received by a customer because of a customer error may be returned to AvinED® within 30 days of receipt upon the following terms and conditions: (i) all returns shall be subject to a 20% restocking charge; (ii) the customer shall be responsible for the proper repackaging of all goods, and (iii) all freight charges and repair costs associated with damage to the goods will be the sole responsibility of the customer. No credit will be issued on products damaged beyond repair.

Customer Errors with Respect to Custom Products

Custom products are not returnable or refundable if due to a customer error in ordering. Consideration may be given on the cost of a replacement product if the new product is reordered within 30 days of receipt of the original custom product.
